They can be a good investment. I bought mine to shoot and enjoy. The appreciation is a nice side benefit. I've never lost $ on a transferrable full auto.

Congrats on the transferrable Colt! An HK sear or trigger box opens up a lot of nice options also. I had my MP5SD as an SBR long before I got the sear.

Yep. I put the serial number in for the sear, but listed the model number of a host. I did not submit a separate firearm entry for the host.
