I hunt there a lot, archery and muzzle loader aren’t bad. Rifle it gets crowded near the road, if your willing to put in the work to get away from people it’s not bad.

I was out at indian springs but by the time birds...

I was out at indian springs but by the time birds showed up there were a mess of people in canoes and kayaks, then went to the fields for doves but there were tons of people there as well.

3/31 Peacemaker Frontier Training

I'm heading down to get some practice in on the frontier range today, anyone else heading that way? Frontier is out to 1200 yds and only available about once a month for those curious.

I've reloaded aluminum .40's for target/plinking loads and never had an issue. I wouldn't run a stout load in them reloaded but low pressure loads are ok with me as long as the case is fully...

I carry a Ruger super Blackhawk in .454 6” barrel in a chest rig for bear. It’s a 5 rnd cylinder so it’s a lot smaller then a red hawk.

One thing that will definitely improve accuracy...

One thing that will definitely improve accuracy is to weight your charges. Measure out your normal charge by volume and then weight it. Then use the scale to weight out all future charges to match...
