John is correct with the time-frame. The key (best sap production) when I was growing up in Vermont was warm days and freezing nights, think 40ís / 20ís.

It was on today, and I see no reason why it wouldn't be open tomorrow. Typical Delta show and not too crowded. I actually like the smaller shows, I can always find something else I can use.
