I'm hoping we get a judge to delay this until a system is put in place. Many FFL's have said they will not participate. MSP does not have any system in place for this.

I agree. Over the years I have had Turkish guns and air guns and I have been happy with both. Granted, the fit and finish has gotten much better in the last 10 years.
