Are you sure the roof is the problem? I had a little water dripping from my bathroom vent fan and it was condensation. If it was the roof leaking I wouldn't expect the leak to be limited to the fan.

They are still around, I think, in PA. They closed their shop in Waldorf some time ago. Maryland's gun-friendly atmosphere may have had something to do with that.
