Palmetto State Armory

Did they change the way they sell the barreled uppers? I was just on there and can't add a BCG to the upper. What's up with that, did another stupid law get slipped under the door without telling anybody. You used to have to remove the BCG from the upper only if you did'nt want one, now you can't even add one.

Did you put a full upper assembly w/o bcg in your shopping cart and then separately put a bcg in the cart?

NateIU10 September 21st, 2012 02:18 PM

It's not an option for the madness uppers. Can still purchase separately though.

They are sold out of the BCGs. As of this morning they couldn't give me an eta on when they will be back in stock.

That makes sense, I new I could count on you guys. Hopefully they will have them back in stock when the upper I want is back in stock!

If they don't, Bravo Company has BCG's in stock. You pay a little more, but it's better than waiting for who knows how long, IMO.

Or you could hop onto the EE at arfcom and see who's selling BCGs.

ride4frnt September 22nd, 2012 11:09 AM

Or you could buy a nickel boron BCG in the current group buy.

Jimbob2.0 September 27th, 2012 12:12 AM

I would do the math, if its still a good deal order it and get your choice in BCG. As long as all is milspec it should be fine. I used a NiBo in my PSA, havent had a chance to shoot it yet as I really built it for a spare but all looks good in fit and cycling.
