I'm working on the application and they are asking for references email, employer name and phone number? What the blue blazes? MSP wants PCN but my receipt says TCN is that the same or use the tracking number? Low teck old red neck here.

Exemption.
I put the TCN down but I don't think it matters since you attach a copy of the receipt to the file.

Scan it.
Open the file in a photo-editing software.
Crop away unnecessary real estate (supposed to be face/head & shoulders).
Resize to be no more than 600 pixels x 600 pixels.
Save to new file.
Attach the new file to the application as directed at the MSP site.

Anyone know if md's training for the concealed carry license meets Florida's concealed carry training requirement?
You could create your own with your phone. My 6yr old daughter took my picture with my phone and I was able to size it properly on my computer to upload.

Been a lot of years, but Florida was 'any NRA class' among other things, and I used NRA First Steps for Florida, so I'd be very surprised if Maryland training didn't suffice.

"While the ruling will likely impact existing Maryland law; at least for the moment, nothing has changed. Until the MSP have guidance from the Maryland AG, prematurely inundating the Licensing Division with new permit applications will only bog down their system."
BTW, 2A Maryland is setting up a zoom meeting with a MSP.

Hey folks (back from the dead and glad my account still works!!!). I was one of the folks that had applied post Woolard and pre-reversal by 4th circuit back in 2016....Question...
Based on the recent wonderful Scotus decision, I'm in the midst of filling out the Wear and Carry app on the MSP site but since I was 'disapproved' back in 2016 due to lack of G/S (no other issues), what do I make of this question below (do they mean an existing permit? or a does the disapproval from back in 2016 apply???):
12. Has your handgun permit, license, certification, or registration in Maryland or any other state or jurisdiction ever been denied, suspended, revoked, or terminated?
