      Yes, but keep the weapon in the trunk of your car when you arrive. Make sure it is unloaded and secure. Walk in with the person you are transferring it to/purchasing it from, and let the officer at the desk know you are there to do a weapon transfer. Both of you will need your MD Firearms Safety...
