      This is FANTASTIC news! Correct me if I'm wrong, but the stakes are quite high at SCOTUS. By my count we have a 4-4 tie with one Justice that could go either way. If we lose the case (assuming cert is requested and granted) we are screwed on the G&S front for eternity.
