      Finally picked up my M&P9 on 6/1.....90 days exactly.

      I'm sure they WERE all stressed about the backlog. That's why they got the 4 day weekend to recharge their batteries.

      MSP said my application was complete yesterday, but of course couldn't send the fax to the FFL. This whole process continues to move at the pace of government employees using antiquated technology. 89 days now.......come on MSP faxer guy/faxer gal!

      I remember about a month ago when applications under "review" were tacking on an extra 10-14 days. I've been in review now for 24 days on a 3/3 purchase. What are they "reviewing" anyway?

      Well, that definitley runs contrary to all the rumor/BS about MSP allocating more personnel and overtime to address the backlog. The longer this drags on the more it seems intentional.

      Seems that way...I bought an M&P9 on 3/3 so I've been anxiously waiting. Too bad Ill be gone for Memorial Day and won't be here this weekend to pick it up. Thanks to all the veterans out there.       Im glad our elected officials are protecting us from these dangerous "assault weapons"...they're not used for hunting, personal defense or target shooting anyway. Just look at one of them, they're scary looking too. HAHAH I threw up in my mouth typing that one.
