    Former law enforcement. Thirty years in patrol and out (Thank God) before the **** hit the fan. Refugee from PG County, now resettled in Harford. Still hostage to the Nanny State. So much so that after carrying on and off duty for thirty years in DC + MD + beyond, I locked my gun up at retirement, disgusted by the licensing requirements and anti self-defense prejudice written into the laws governing my default home. Now I see a glimmer of hope on the horizon and have filed/now received a license to carry as a private citizen.
