MSP Wait Times - 60+ Days

OMG...71 Days I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. Got the call today. Had bought on 6/28.

MSP Wait Times - 60+ Days

Additional purchase? Pardon my ignorance if this is a "dumb question"... Here is the scenario (like most of us) I'm waiting to take delivery, (i.e. waiting for MSP to return a ND back to my FFL so they will release my weapon). I want to get another item before October 1. Am I okay to start...

My a-hole over here on the shore says he won't transfer to another FFL that is doing 8/14 day release.

Good chart. I think they should re submit the lawsuit against the MSP. It's obvious that the effort to reduce the backlog has not been taken seriously.

Support FFLs that don't release? Opinions please...will you continue to buy/support an FFL that is not releasing after 8,14,30 days? I don't think I'm going back to the one I'm currently stuck in process with, ever.

I think they hired like two agency temps to work on it, but they're not really serious about it. Do the math. Backlog of 35,000 + New at a rate of 1000+ weekly - 1000 processed a week = failure to make any progress for the better.

Pardon me if this has been covered before...What happens if October 1st passes and I still haven't been "ND" approved? Are those that had their paperwork in before October 1 "grandfathered" in?
