      AR-15 rules clarification

      So as i understand it, it is illegal to purchase or transfer a AR-15 with a regular barrel. If it has a Bull/HBAR barrel on it, then it's still legal. Do I still have to go through the regulated firearm paperwork and wait the 8 days? or is it just like a long gun transfer now?

      You ever just have a bad shooting day?

      It happens every now and then. One day I'll be putting 3 inch groups at 10 yrds with my G19. Another I can barely keep a 5 or 6 inch group... Lots of times it's just how tired I am or my mental state :)

      Took a non-shooter to a range

      Good job! I love taking new shooters out and giving them a tour of rifles, handguns, and shotguns. Whether they like/scared of/dislike guns, they've all walked away with a big grin on their faces :)

      If you want somethjngyou dont have to baby...i would not recommend the mossberg 930 jm pro. This gun has ALOT of initial quality issues that needs to be addressed for it to be reliable. It's hit or miss whether you get a fully functional firearm. Mine came with a totally mangled mag spring...

      Rem 870 shooting 3" 00 buck shots (15 pellets) this thing kicks harder than the normal 2.75" slug rounds...I stopped after 10 rounds...

I used to drive up to frederick for cresap...but its much more fun to shoot at MSAR when you can...

      Drove an hour out to go check out their new facilities and I'm in LOVE!!! It's better than Gilberts in rockville now. You can't beat $15/lane all day for two ppl, bring your own ammo, targets from $0.30 - $1...Brought my sig 522 and rem 870 out to their rifle range and had a blast!!! Best part...
