The SilencerShop kiosks makes it super easy. You do the prints on the kiosk and use your smartphone for the picture, type your name/address/etc into the website. The paperwork is emailed to you, pre filled out and all you do is digitally sign it. They handle everything else.
Not to say...
Pistols are $200 cheaper, do not require ATF approval, do not have the OAL requirements (in MD), and have fewer legal hassles than SBRs.
That said, I do not regret SBR'ing one lower. It is nice to not have to worry about what handguard/grip I put on it or can I shoulder it. However, I won't...
Well, that is neat. I'm assuming the shroud is welded to the barrel so that it counts for the barrel length but makes it so the suppressor can be detached as necessary.
Permanently mounting a QD doesn't really change the length. The point of this would be to make the muzzle device a suppressor so that I can still hit 29" with it being suppressed. A QD means that the QD would be 29" and then the suppressor adds to that. I'm not worried about selling it...
Hello all,
I have a MD compliant X95 and it has to keep that 29" OAL...so instead of having a silly muzzle brake, I am thinking about getting the barrel chopped and having a suppressor permanently mounted to it. The question is...what suppressor would work well for the X95? Should I get a...
It probably means that, because Hogan will sign it, they can't use it to hurt his chances of re-election. They know it's just feel-good regulation and want to save it for a more politically opportune time.
Or that's my take on it.
Those primers look odd to me. Here's one of my 45 cases. CCI large pistol primer, using Bullseye powder with a 230 XTP bullet. Shot out of a 1911.
All my primers look like this, not that huge crater you have. I've made plenty of ammo on a Lee Turret, so yeah, I know what you mean about...
I also have the Vortex Spitfire (well, 2 actually). If you have an astigmatism, it's a good optic for you. I love the 1 MOA dot and the 6 MOA ring for fast pick up and precise shooting.
No, he's saying that you can disassemble the lower and sell it as a pistol. I believe you can put a 16" barrel on it and sell it as a standard rifle, as well.
