      NICS delays lately, anyone?

I have only experienced a couple of NICS delays these past couple of weeks. For most of my recent checks, the NICS "proceed" result comes back within a few seconds.

      Current Designated Collectors Processing Time

Ask your FFL to message the MSP via Live Chat. Maybe they can help push your DC status along quicker?

      77R Delays?

Technically, yes. However, I wait for the background checks to clear by MSP before transferring. Reference: http://mdrules.elaws.us/comar/29.03.01.13

In our state, we have to play nice and not give anyone another reason to set us back. Very unfortunate. Furthermore, it's one of the many reasons why I support the NRA...

MSP changes restrictions for Business Owner

Congratz! I've been following the thread. Let us use these restriction removals in good health and appreciate our step in the right direction! Firearm Ownership and Usage is Responsibility #1. Don't give anyone a reason to challenge our gift. HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE! :)
