Got to shoot the replacement midway upper yesterday. It jammed the first 2 win 145 fmj rounds. Then ran fine the next 4. Went through 20 rounds of win 180 power points and it was approximately 1 out of 4 or 5 shots would fail to load. The last 6 rounds were 3 rounds to a mag and it ran fine...
I don't know. Looking at images online, the previous feed ramp I had looked similar to 308 feed ramps on AR10s. Maybe they just had the wrong barrel extension accidentally put on at the factory?
I have read that some 350 legend use 300 back out feed ramps, others use the large single ramp...
I sent the previous upper back to midway and just got the new upper today. The feed ramp is much wider on this new one. Will probably get to take a few shots this Sunday but anticipate much better results.

Thanks for the feedback. Here is a photo with the bolt extracted. I thought it did look a bit off but I couldn’t tell if it was the barrel that was crooked or the feed ramp was milled crooked. Something looked off. I appreciate the input from another set of eyes.

I have heard great things about Boykin Spaniels as great all around hunting dogs that would fit your size requirement. They don't appear to be very popular in this area though. I've always waterfowl hunted with lab or Chesapeake bay retrievers and upland hunted with Brittneys.
I think you can bow fish for snake heads. I was kayaking around Mallows bay and saw a group of guys in a jon boat with bows cruising around the shallows.
