      And it actually being illegal has not yet been determined by a court. The ATF guidance is just an interpretation of the law. Only a judge gets to decide what the wording of the law actually means. If you are unwilling to be the test case, don't shoulder it in public.

      Never ask a cop what's legal... they are not required to know the laws, and most don't. Look it up yourself if you don't want to pay an attorney. Most simple law questions are easy to find the relevant statutes for, in the Google age.

      Really. As 4CA has already established precedent for Strict Scrutiny of 2A "in the home", and any gun ban by definition impacts "in the home", why would they accept this one En Banc to question their own precedent? Courts don't generally overrule themselves.

      The only control the MD Governor has over the MD AG is budgetary. Hogan could defund Frosh's office next FY, making it difficult for him to operate, but Hogan can't stop him.

      Since the P90 was designed expecting the butt to be pulled back against body armor, not your shoulder, an extended butt pad should make it feel better shooting without armor.
