      Just about 90 days for me too. They said my application was processing on 13 May, got it in the mail yesterday, 16 Aug. I'd bet it was printed and mailed on the afternoon of the 13th. Restrictions: None, good for two years.

      I can't see much intent to have this device function as a "Flash Suppressor" seeing how they specifically sent them to FTB for an evaluation to confirm they "do not suppress flash, flame...of any kind". That is despite the fact FTB says that is what it is for in the second paragraph.

      eForm Update Form 1 returns..soon?

      It will be interesting to see how the system handles the initial load placed by everyone rushing to get an e-form in again. It will be down all day tomorrow for the weekly "wednesday maintenance", so I guess that is when they will debug/flush things out...

      I'm assuming you are going to include those details in a letter from you to ATF attached to the weapon line item on the form 1 and include blueprints for what you will be doing to the 80% lower.

      NFA branch won't give you the info on it since you are not the transferee on the Form 3, but it might be worth pushing the dealer a little bit to call NFA to make sure they have the Form 3 pending. Just recently I had to work with an out of state dealer to get a form 3 re-faxed b/c NFA branch...
