Maryland already has a firearms training program and it is regulated by the State Police everyone who obtains a CCW permit first has to go to the Maryland State Police Firearms Training Class and qualification. And you have to requalify every year.
I upgraded the upper reciever ,sights,and stock. Had a DPMS upper changed it out for a Yankee Hill ,took the magpul stock and put on the VLTOR and added Flip up sight to rear ,and added EO Tech sight.
