      Out of state purchase of non regulated

      Hi, I am purchasing a RFB which is an non regulated rifle from a private party in NJ. What do I have to do it legally transfer it to me? Should I purchase from him/her and I give it to a FFL in NJ to have it shipped to MD. Or have him/her meet me in the FFL in NJ and have the FFL shipped it...

      I know it is somewhere in the forum but I need to the correct answer. If a Rifle that has been Grandfathered before Oct 1, 2013 and want to transfer to someone after, who can I legally transfer it to? Thank You
