Just got my approval today. Here's my time frame (during COVID and i assume the hardware failure at MSP)
From when i submitted the app on 4/8 - 79 days.
From when MD State took my payment and said my app started 4/13 - 74 days.
From when i had my phone interview - 39 days.

My investigator called me May 18th, and then called me again saying the report is getting sent in June 1st. I have yet heard back from them about the final disposition. The investigator told me, if I do not hear back from them within 30-days of when they sent it up, to contact them back. I did...
My references was contacted early May, first week of May I believe. Then I was contacted about 2 weeks after with my phone interview. My investigator finally called back again early this week to say she was turning in my paper work and I have yet to hear from them. From the last person who...
The 77R form asks "Have you ever been convicted in Maryland or elsewhere of a misdemeanor which, under Maryland law, carries a maximum penalty of more than 2 years?"
I think everyone who is reading is reading over this, and my charges. My maximum penalty is only 60 days.
So technically, I have...

My case, I was disorderly (too loud) in public area. No physical harm or violent act against anyone. You think my 77R will be denied?
From what I am reading and seeing on the forms, everyone who has been denied is for assault, second degree assault, some type of violent act etc.
Here's an update if anyone in the future has the same situation as me. Everyone on here who said as long as it's not a violent offense or anything was spot on in my opinion.
Here is what I was charged, the nolle charge wasn't looked at, PBJ for disorderly, and as of this morning my HQL went...
Hey everyone.
I tried looking through the forums for comparison and thoughts on these two side by side and didn't see anything -- sorry for repeat thread if it came up.

Yeah I entered in the tracking number from the finger print paper work I got. When I mean “mail” in the website it says something like “if your application has been denied, you will be emailed or mailed within 2-3 days a letter stating the denied app” or something like that.
Still pending, the only that is completed is the application/fee being sent in. Even though finger print is done and I just literally got the mail today, that is still listed as unchecked
I really hope so.
Does anyone know the time frame of "if you do get denied" when they send the mail or email? Do they ever send an email for denied apps? Or is it just mail? I haven't received one single email so far.
The app asked if I was convicted of any felony - which I haven't been convicted of any felony.
Or it said something else like a misdemeanor that carries over a 2 year sentence. Which a disorderly is less than 1 year. So both questions I answered no.
Nothing was violent or domestic related. I just didn't make it easy to get into the cop car. Didn't hit the cop, didn't smack or anything violent. I just didn't get into the car willingly.
