I don't know what constitutes proof in a court of law, but would this be more than a matter of (a) getting sales figures from nun chuck distributors and (b) crime statistics regarding nun chucks and dividing the big number into the small?
It's not clear to me when precedent last hindered Democrats. Remember when Harry Reid violated precedent and employed the 'nuclear' option, whereby nominated Federal judges can advance to confirmation with (thanks to Harry 50 votes in favor rather than the (precedential) 60 votes? How much...
I don't know why you guys are so adverse to Ginsberg. I've already made plans to visit her grave after she passes, just not immediately. Figure I'll wait 4 or 5 months so the urine puddles have time to dry first.
Would not make strategic sense to do imperfect work before the en banc panel, thus (nearly) assuring an overturning and circuit split. How might that question be addressed?
Asking for a friend.
That was then, when it had never been done. Now is now, when you are the man who did it. This is no longer a task for St. Jude.

2: What makes the Panel decision egregious? Wasn't O'Scannlain's decision well within Constitutional limits?
I don't understand. If the SCoTUS determines that the protected 2A right is open carry, is that decision not immediately (McDonald) incorporated at the individual state level? Would not that mean that no license is required to open carry in any state, regardless of itinerancy?
Forget standing before them. At this point they should kneel before Wolfwood.
I remember when Wolfwood first posted about Young in early 2013. I thought then that here was a youthful lawyer stepping beyond his natural limits. You know that cartoon of the mouse flipping off the swooping hawk...
