Thank you. I'm trying to avoid unnecessary delays and costs in resubmitting the entire application because of some fine detail. I'll be submitting as soon, so will find out for myself.
I have an additional question for those who've been through this process.
If I submit invoices, is it known if MSP may contact my customers? I really would prefer to leave the customers out of my business affairs.
Care to point me to a specific thread or poster that discusses this aspect? Upon reading the Maryland Handgun Permit Review Board Reference Guide, it sounds like taking the business owner route will grease the wheels. Otherwise, prepare for a lengthly battle. I just want my permit and I'm a...
That's a new concept. The application states necessity for either business purposes (show proof of such) or open threats (documented death threats or violence). Under what provision will the board grant me a permit? Will it be restricted? Has anyone done it this way?
That is an overlap on the separate requirement for "6 bank deposits". That brings another question: Can I use a cash deposit receipt to satisfy both cash receipt and bank deposit in one go?
I'm part way through gathering documentation for a wear and carry permit. One of the requirements on the application is 10 cash receipts. My trainer is not an expert on the process outside of whatever his students have reported. He explained this is to show I have handled cash transactions...
It's pretty easy to spot an HBAR barrel by the profile. Though, having the purchase documentation handy doesn't hurt, either.

I just went through this compliance change a few months ago. I put on a Bear Creek Arsenal stainless HBAR barrel. It looks better than stock on my Diamondback DB15EB.
Been doing some research on how to and requirements for CCW.
If you search around for videos of Maryland CCW hearings, you can see what others have used to get their existing CCW permits unrestricted. Listen to their arguments and what MSP has to say...
You give Big Brother too little credit. I work in IT and previously for a bank, which is also up against lots of regulations. In this instance, after speaking with customer service, it seems the order slipped through the cracks. Maybe they just don't make an effort to prevent illicit orders...
The issue has been resolved. If you want to save money on an order from [redacted], then help yourself. I knew if I omitted the vendor and code, somebody might ask "Why did you ship just that item when you can drive to DE/PA/VA for less?" or "What was the discount code?". You're welcome...
Ok, I made an absent minded mistake. I came across a discount code and it made a [redacted] basically free + shipping. Completely forgetting the law on this, I ordered and the site had no problem completing the order.
I realized what I had done the next day. I don't want MSP at my door...
