MD HGP PERMIT
Hello, I had a question pertaining to MD HGP disqualifications... My friend has a a clean criminal record with the exception of 1 DUI a couple years ago. Does that disqualify him ? I feel like I'm referring to the habitual drunkard question... Also does anyone know of someone that obtained a MD... -

Hello, I was recently given my MD HGP and card. Just today I reviewed my application and realized I checked no to the " have you been arrested box on application ". Twenty years ago when I was a teenager I was arrested for disqualifying crimes as a juvenile. Should I have checked no on HGP APP...
