@danb, Agee appointed by Bush, Richardson appointed by Trump and Keenan appointed by Obama. Seemed as if Agee and Richardson gave it to the state pretty hard and Keenan was fairly neutral mostly trying to find standing within MSI.
Doesn't seem like it's been cancelled yet, but the liklihood is pretty good (based on the linked article). Couldn't find anything stating it has been cancelled at this point.
Just throwing a guess out there, these two were being represented by someone that doesn't like to take in all the clues being offered over the last 3 years?
Haven't been following closely, but does the OMA apply to the ALJ? Secondly, if the appeal is done for restrictions, how is the ALJ keeping up with the law that prevents the permit holder from being identified?

The HQL is only required to purchase a firearm (unless exempt). Not needed for receiving the W&C permit. As others stated, if you are doing both, do the W&C first. Then on the HQL application, you choose "permit holder" or something like that and it goes right through. No fingerprints or anything.
When it comes to someone's personal freedom's, I tend to over analyze the legal analysis.
Meh, I still don't agree that it's ok to transport it to work, but we can agree to disagree on that one. That's why I stated to contact an attorney.
