      I really believe this is the one and only message that will actually get their attention. They are, by & large, simply not concerned about losing the general election because MD is so stacked in the favor of anybody with a (D) after their name. Given the low voter turnout turnout in primaries...

      It comes down to the legal definitions of "place" and "possess", yeah? I suspect the latter is probably better-defined, "possess" means "to be in control of", then that complicates the husband/wife distinction a bit :) Even if they changed "place" to "dwelling", the outbuilding issue would...

      Sure would be nice to get clarification on the issues raised in that old thread regarding what it means to "possess" powder. I'm still not sure if I can have 5lbs in my house while my wife possess 5lbs that she stores in our detached garage, or some other "place."
