      Yup... Another 700 Build Thread.

Far as scope levels Far as scope levels they also make ones that you mount on your scope like the one that Russ has BUT it sits to the side so you can see it easier and folds forward or backwards out of way when in your case. to check them out just get on www.Natchezss.com and their prices...

      Scope for bolt rifle?

Hey seawolf sorry I didn't see this thread till now you should go to Dick's sporting goods and checkout the field&stream scopes, they make them from 4x32 all the way up to 6-24x50mm and they're just as clear as a nikon buckmaster and less than a 1/3 of the price of the nikon and i can say I...

I'm wanting to try competitive sniper matches but wanna know how to start

Well I can tell you mine isn't a heavy barrel but it does group well with rapid fire although it only holds 5 rounds total as in 4 in the mag and one in the chamber but recoil isn't bad at all from it either, I can shoot an entire box of ammo through it and doesn't bother me but others I've shot...

      1/2 MOA bolt gun

From firsthand experience I'd go with a new weatherby vanguard S2 and I'm almost positive they make in left hand bolt, and I'm a left handed shooter also and I have a new vanguard S2 in 300 win mag and with factory loads (180 gr hornady) I'm shooting 1/2 MOA and with me hand-loading for it I'm...

I'm wanting to try competitive sniper matches but wanna know how to start

Thanks guys for the advice so far and Jimbob I do reload and enjoy it, I stared reloading to save money on ammo for mine and my dads magnum rifles and the oddball calibers we both have but then got hooked on loading precision loads to tighten up the groups on our rifles, and that's what got me...

Got Any Kids That Hunt? Not Any More...

I think Marylands laws are getting more and more rediculous every day, between these new bills and the stupid allowed list of guns we can own is retarded! I think we need to impeach these retards and get someone in office that actually knows and cares about hunters and shooters rights and...

Any model 1917 fans out there? let me see your model 1917's

One question I'd love to know is, were there any model 1917 sniper rifles? because I'd love to build a clone, my mostly original 1917 has had the stock chopped up a little but has plenty of bore and an awsome shooter but I'm dieing to know if there was a sniper model like the 1903 A4, but you...

Any model 1917 fans out there? let me see your model 1917's

Very pretty Skip! Lol and my other 1917 I wanna restore to look like yours but looking for the scope mount that mounts over the rear sight but I don't wanna have the rear sight milled down. I have a 85% original Eddy Stone and the one I laid back looks awsome since it's been sportarised since...

Any model 1917 fans out there? let me see your model 1917's

I'm a fan of the model 1903-A3 but after getting my first 1917 I'm instantly hooked and just found another one I like and is cheap, it's been sportarized and blued but is a very pretty gun and already been milled down and been scoped and has a good barrel so I think its gonna be a good shooter...
