PROOF that Hogan won't help us

If Hogan stands up as a Conservative, he will not get reelected and that is a no brainer. He is doing more for us than any liberal would. He has so much oversight due to the Frosh/Miller/Bush trio that will overturn anything he does that they don't like. A few years ago, the MSP were...

SBR with post Oct 1st lower?

I have a pre 10-1-13 lower and was denied because of the less that 29". Now is the overall length greater than 29" with a collapsible stock extended? If so, then wouldn't it be less than 29" when collapsed? It will still be in shooting configuration. Curious minds want to know :shrug:

      No more SBRs

Sorry I missed that in this thread. I mentioned a while back that they answered the SBR question that they hadn't made a decision yet. Again, don't take my post as a good piece of advice. It is just an FYI.

      No more SBRs

MSP has responded to my emails the next businesses day. Just ask what you want. The SBR post Oct 1 is still up for debate. They haven't made a decision yet. Don't rely on someone else to make a decision like this for you. Ask MSP for your self, save the email and then make your decision.

      No more SBRs

The email reply I received from MSP that I posed earlier only stated that they weren't sure if SBRs were banned under the current law or not. That said, how can anyone be held accountable to a law that MSP needs to discuss 4 months after it is put into effect. This doesn't mean you wont have...

      Using sand in a tumbler

I get great results from walnut shells. That said, I am looking for less case handling. I have to hand clean the primer pocket, clear some flash holes from shells and then blow the dust out of the casing. Any suggestions? Also, I don't use any liquid in my media. I don't care how they...

Will SB281 be the end of AK build parties in MD?

Is there a limit of self manufactured receivers without the license in the State or federal regulations?

      No more SBRs

After reading this thread I decided to see what MSP had to say without spending a dime. I sent this email and got a reply the same day. Date: Jan 10, 2014 11:23 AM Subject: SBRs To: <msp.Licensing@maryland.gov> Cc: With the confusion of MDs latest gun laws I would like a...

      IN THE EAR Electronic Protection

I have a few pairs of plugs that have a small hole in them. They aren't the best at muffling sound but they help. I can still hold a normal conversation with them. I got them from Cabela's for $11 a pair. I don't see them listed on line but they always have them in the store. They have the...

Live Update of Dealers Release Policy

I decided to buy a sig from a friend who lives in PA. MSP can't do the out of state transfer so which FFL in the Harford county area can do a transfer and allow me to pick up before Oct. 1st?

      Threaded barrel restrictions

Please correct me if I am wrong. The original version of the SB stated handguns with threaded barrels. Is this one of the restrictions that were removed before the final version?
