      I went to the Dunkkirk Wal-Mart off route 4. The only .40 they had was the winchester so I took it. If they had federal, I would have taken that as well. The Winchester white box I bought at BPS was standard price, not a sale price so I thought it was interesting it was on par with Wally World.
