      My instructor said that if you qualify with a semi auto the carry permit is only good a semi auto. If I wanted to carry a revolver I would have to complete another qualification course. What’s the real deal?

      I did get legal advise. Because I was in possession of the firearms I filled out the 77r form on the Maryland State Police site.       Live in Harford County. Before a Baltimore County and City (Canton) resident. Got sick of being close to the city after the riots. Move north for schools and piece of mind. Wife and 3 kids. Love not paying for private schools now.
