      whats the date on your expungement order signed by the judge? is your 60 days up? I have a contact at cjis that can get it done for you same day if the expungement order has already been sent to them, which I'm sure it has if you received the sign copy from the judge.

      oh ok, I know before I had been seeing something about them sending letters out after 90 days saying that they needed more time to process. well, the background check isnt an issue, so I guess I should just wait and see what happens by like day 100

      how long after interview did they request more info? well I'm on day 65, interview was 3 weeks ago, no request for additional information.. Anxious to know if i'm going to hear something soon, or if it will go the full 90. the crossing the fingers and waiting is the hard part
