      Started with 4 roots bought online from ebay (CZECHOSLOVAKIAN) in 2016. Gave away 8 sprouts several years ago and this year re-planted 18 sprouts.

      Migration observations...

      I keep my birdfeeder stocked with black sunflower seeds. Cardinals and House Finches stick around all year. Junkos, Carolina Wrens and Mockingbirds showed up about a month ago. Had 3 broods of Bluebirds this year after I declared war on the House Sparrows.

      Boil them down to sauce. I have read that the splitting is due to them growing so fast from the rain. Their solution was to water them SO much all growing season so that when the rain comes, there isn't a spike in growth.

      From what I've read, the vinegar route only kills what's above ground. Morning glory roots can go down 5 ft

      Only have 2 small raised beds. Morning glories took them over. I got some produce. When everything is harvested, I'm going scorched earth with roundup.
