      I believe protocol for the ambulance (but some EMS will have to confirm) is not to do anything until police clear the scene and secure the gun.

      Using a Threaded Barrel inside a Full Length Slide

      I’ve found most tilting barrels pistols have a bit of “rub” on the top of the barrel when the slide comes back during recoil. If the 320 does this, I’d be concerned about rubbing on the threads like a super coarse file and damaging them (and potentially the slide…)
