Ya, I get that too. It sucks, because I like them a lot, but it makes me think twice about buying from them again should something like this happen again. Nothing I can do about it now though, sadly.
Interestingly, there is a bright yellow splash message on MSPs web portal saying just this, but that does leave it up to dealer discretion and my dealer, at least, isn't willing to release them. That might change if this goes on for a prolonged period of time, but who knows.
My 77R had taken more than 7 days, so I sent MSP an email and received this automated response.
I contacted my dealer who said that MSP gave no direction other than to say that all processing is delayed. Wanted to share in case there are others out there wondering why their 77R hasn't been...
Also, if this is a concern of the membership here you could have the forum admins set it so that new users can only post in the intro forum in until being vetted by a mod. Several of the forums I am a member of use this feature to filter out spam/bot accounts and it works pretty well.
