      I like mine as well. It's an older model that I picked up used. Great and reliable shooter, but I don't carry it so it doesn't get a much use. CZ makes quality products.

      Fantastic pistol. You won't regret the purchase. Even with the reassembly aggravation. I take mine down for cleaning every 500 rounds or so, but they can go much longer and run reliably.

      ^This. Stay away from Optics Planet as well. I've had the same experience multiple times there. Dealing with them is not worth the aggravation.

      I'd start with the suggestions above. I had this same problem with a factory Glock. In my case, replacing the extractor/depressor/plunger was the solution. This may be a good place to look next.
