      Family friend has done two, neither with major drywall or electrical. Low grade components, $3500 with tile work, $5500 or more with a glass block wall, claw foot tub and tile work. These were 5-7 years ago, so assume you’d have to 2x-2.5x this to deal with time and eliminating family friend...
