      I had a G/S reason for someone threatening my life and MSP felt it wasn't a good reason since they lived 20 miles from me and was doing jail time. Go figure.

      Well said... If you never leave MD, theres no reason to get a Utah or any non resident permit. However if you do travel to surrounding states the Utah is covers them. Take note though before going to another state, you should look into their gun laws to keep you out of trouble.

      I'm an old school jeep guy, if your looking for comfort and a quiet ride then maybe the jeep isn't for you. The jeep has come a long way to satify the owners who wanna be in one just so they can ride around the mall or put it in 4wd when there is a dusting of snow on the ground.

      fingerprints Do the fingerprints have a expiration date ? I mailed my app on Friday USPS w/ priorty mail . I got a reply stating it was attemped to be delivered but no response. I guess they will get it on monday ?

      I saw this on here somewhere but I can't find it. Does the Livescan place do the prints photos and notary ? Also are there other places closer to Harford County then Glen Burine livescan ? So if I read it correctly, $75 goes to MSP and I think it's $38 for the livescan ?
