      Apparently SC's bill isn't dead yet. The Senate appointed a conference committee on Feb 27th. The House adopted the conference report yesterday Mar 5th and passed H3594 again 86 - 33. Hopefully this is enough to get it through the Senate.

      I think RFBfromDE was being sarcastic. Anyway I agree with you in your post number 12. I sympathize with the easier victim who can't defend themselves because of job, business, location, etc. restrictions.
