      update: adjust the gas block and properly center it and now it ejects the fired cartridge but s doesnt load a new round. I am usingan aluminum mag ten round. any ideas? Im wondering if the gas tube length is actually carbine and not mid length which is what the dealer who I purchased the...

      Perhaps I'm not calling its the correct name, I thought it was called buffer tube.. lol... it's the piece the sits in the spring in the buttstock.

      So I just checked and it looks like my buffer tube doesn't have any information that displays the weight. It was purchased off gunbroker.com, so I just emailed the seller asking him what the size/weight is. Tomorrow I am going to adjust my gas blocker to try and get everything aligned...

      Yeah, I just saw a YouTube video in aligning the gas block and they referenced the same thing about needing a small space between the barrel riser and the block which I know for sure mine does not have a space. I will let you all know shortly.

      I check the weight on the buffer when I get off work. As for the gas rings, myth or not I would have to check when I get home to see if their staggered but doesn't sound like that's my issue. but for my own knowledge I'm checking anyway. Thanks All...
