      Im planing on buying my first AR next week, wednesday the 18th. I keep hearing that its taking a couple of weeks to get your paperwork ok'd by the police. Will I be ok as long as I make the initial purchase before Oct 1st even though I might not get the paperwork back until after Oct 1st? Thanks...
