      Handgun/caliber criteria for live fire requirement?

      I qualified with my G19.5 MOS with a Vortex Venom. I could qualify with iron sights but I prefer all the holes be 9+.

      My $.02: if any business wants to prioritize good customer service, it needs to be staffed accordingly. "In a few days" suggests to me that customer service is pretty low on the priority scale. Hire someone to come in a few hours each evening or early morning to handle paperwork.
