okay, let me try to ask this a different way. Less than three years ago, a firearm (well three from three dealers) was offered for cash and carry that would presently be considered regulated. Now I know I am a lawyer but I don't have time to scrounge through the MLIS BS to see if some a$$hole...
but seriously, have the laws changed from 4 years ago - I had cash and carry on what would be regulated in md less than 4 years ago?
btw, since there are all kinds of dipsticks on the internets, the "so i'm gonna have to lie" was a joke...
I know I need to obey all laws...yadayadayada... but I...
I seem to remember being there four years ago and them willing to sell me a regulated long gun cash and carry (not auto or anything). Is this still the case?????
I intend on buying another AR15 and a FAL if so.
so I did the conversion (if only that navy trigger group worked in each position:innocent0)
But here is my question... with that 16" barrel it is a nail driver to WAYYYY out. I know I can SBR it, but if I do, it is worth the loss in accuracy?

TOPIC UPDATE
I have a tactical size XD in .357 sig. With the cold weather I can comfortably and effectively carry and conceal that weapon all day long. However, I just took home my newest toy, a Sig P232 in .380ACP. Now I have put 400 hundred rounds through it (not one misfire/jam/etc. in...
Anyone have experience with these? Thinking of getting one of these for my sig p232... Have seen mixed reviews, but don't see anything that looks that good for the price. Biggest concern is printing on my pants....
I took said client on a contingency basis - in other words, I am willing to bet literally hundreds of hours on his case. I was not only careful to question him on every detail, but I also have the LEOs' videotape of the traffic stop to back up everything he says (you can hear them not just...
That last part is a very true point! I'm sorry if I came across overly cynical, but it is sort of hard-wired in me by my profession to be this way; I think my goal was to simply warn people that even though the law may be on their side, they may have to spend a night in lock up, pay an attorney...
