      Love how it says complete training within 3 years of application. That means that after the 3 year anniversary of a course completion, you have to do the course all over again. Just stupid.

      Looking to build a AR 9. My question is regarding the barrel length. I want to put on a 8" barrel with collapsible stock. It will be a actual 9mm upper and lower. What issue or special hoops am I going to have to go through? Thanks in advance.
