      I wouldn't be bringing a handgun. It would be an unregulated long gun.

      What are the laws pertaining to this? I'd like to keep a firearm on my boat while fishing and sleeping on it. I'd take it home when I leave, but what can I bring with me while on the water? I won't be going to the ocean, just the bay and the surrounding rivers.

      Aren't the .308 garands all after market? I thought they had to be converted and didn't come from the manufacturer like that?

      This is the model with the heavy barrel and without the dust cover, correct? Last shop I was at they were selling them cash and carry b/c of the heavy barrel.

      Nice stick. And the price looks great, too. Did it come with BUIS? ETA: Which shop in PA and did they have any left? ETA2: They should have let you take the 30 rounder that came with the rifle since it was purchased out of state.
