      C&R CHANGES IN MARYLAND ON 13 MARCH 2021 (SB0208 2020 WENT IN EFFECT)

      Does anyone know if C&R transfers of C&R long guns in Maryland was effected by SB0208 2020 when it went into effect on 13 March 2021? My understanding is that C&R exchanges of C&R long guns is exempt from the requirement of NICS for long gun transfers between private persons.
