      I understand the concept if drilling plastic at home. No one is finishing aluminum lowers that just is not feasible. I just think this is all dumb. Polymer = plastic Plastic = crap I would still buy a finished one do the back ground and wait. Worth it for the warranty and durability alone.

      If this is going into effect on Oct 1 then the ground work for the MSP dealing with this should be done. I don't think it is. I bet they have to push the Oct date back to accommodate the actually work the MSP will have to do.
