      Supreme Court remits MD assault weapons ban back to lower courts in light of Bruen vs. NY ruling

      I wouldn’t put it past MD and the 4th circuit to thumb their nose at SCOTUS and find some ridiculous passage in history that gives them text and historical justification for the AW and mag Bans. I think in the long run these things will be righted but it may take years of further litigation.

      What has the worst recoil that you've ever shot?

      In a handgun, my S&W micro 357 revolver. It’s by no means the biggest recoil I’ve shot but it hurts far more than shooting a 454 because the gun is so tiny and light. With 38 it’s awesome. In a long gun, 12 ga 3.5 inch magnum slugs. Worse than a 50 cal because every one I’ve shot has a break.

      NYC CCW case is at SCOTUS!

      Assuming a positive ruling, it will be interesting to see how this would affect out of state allowance to carry. If it's determined that carry for self defense is constitutionally protected, how could that be limited simply for being in a different state than where you live?
