I'm just asking if there exists a map that I can look at of my town and basically see locations I shouldn't carry at.
I think it would be a great idea if that doesn't exist yet
You DO NOT want to be carrying in Maryland without some kind of insurance. Our justice department will absolutely destroy your life and use you as an example.
That seems pretty extreme to basically damage the magazines lol...but it is sort of painting a picture of how FFLs are handling this.
I had a MD FFL ship full size magazines out of state. I'm wondering if this is legal or not nowadays?
With a lot of us being able to conceal carry now, there are a bunch of options to choose from.
Within the past 5 years or so, there are more and more of these compact sized handguns specifically designed for CCW. I'm talking sig 365, s&w shield, plus, SA hellcat, Taurus GX4, ruger max 9, etc...
Mayland's states attorney argued that there is no evidence that Maryland citizens rights were affected since they didn't actually go through the HQL process.
They (Maryland) used the following previous case to make that aforementioned point:

I was able to find the Darton History catalog which gives the specs I needed:

Hello,
I was given an older style bow from my wifes grandfather. I know almost nothing about archery of any sort other than the few searches I've done today. (more on that below)
The model is a Darton 40B and I believe this is from the 80's.
The condition itself seems quite good...
I was wondering since an HQL is a state issued license what else can it be used for other then purchasing a handgun in Maryland?
(if this is the wrong section please change it to the best appropriate)
My biggest curiosity: has anyone successfully purchased alcohol or can it be used to...
