      Spent Casing

      I just used the Armory for an FFL transfer. I agree price is high ($75 + $10) but for convenience it is what it is. Otherwise they were very pleasant and easy to deal with, will use them again. Mine was a used pistol FFL transfer so the spent casing was not an issue. Good luck

      Shipping shotgun from out of state

      ATF "recommends" only FFL to FFL purchases when the need arises. It's not "required," at least not the last time I went through this. However, most FFL's in MD do what is "recommended" with the hope it makes their life easier. I can't blame them, a reputable FFL does not want any trouble...
