      1000 Rounds of .223 for only $399.99

While I'm not excited about $400 for a 1000 rds of 223, saw a 1000 go at Reddings auction, for over $600.00. Last time I bought any 223 in bulk, I paid a $180.00 shipped, with 55gr PSP bullets, from a place in Ohio. I recently made up a 1,000 rds of 223 for prairie dog shooting. got the bullets...

Need help on Abraham Schweitzer Rifles

Abarham Schweitzer rifle you might also check with the National Muzzleloading rifle Association. I'm sure they have a website. There's a guy in PA, actually 2 of them, that write on the old MLers.. Jim Whisker, from , I believe Bedford Pennsylvania. He does a column each month in the Muzzle...

"The Spring Offensive" WWII Shoot at NHRPC 4/23/2011

You need to get hold of Redding Auction Co. in Gettysburg. Was up there this past Saturday, and a case (1,000 rds min) of 303 sold for $220.00, there were also boxes of it, and bags, or whatever. Their next auction is Jan 30th, and it's pretty much a military arms auction, and should have ammo...

      Muzzleloader accuracy, Whatcha got?

BP is BP and the other stuff, pyrodex, etc., isn't. It takes NO time at all to clean an inline shot with BP. You just pull the breech plug and sump hot soapy water through it. NO more than it does with the other stuff. BP is cheaper to buy ($15 a lb as opposed to $35 for 25 loads of pyrodex...

      Looking for an expert

You might want to, once you get pictures, contact the National Muzzleloading Rifle Assn, and ask them to forward the pictures, etc. to their experts. Address is NMLRA, P.O.Box 67, Friendship, IN 47021-0067. Another possibility is Larry Gardner, of Silver Spring MD, who's a custom MLer builder...

Arizona's next action; the end of gun rights?

Actually, dual citizenship, if it requires taking an oath of alliegance to the other country, in effect, WILL nullify your American citizenship. Most dual citizenship status just an honorary thing. Have a friend that was born in France, and raised there for some time, but was an American. He has...

Arizona's next action; the end of gun rights?

Years ago, when I was trying to adopt, found out there are not orphanages, etc., chock full of "healthy" children to adopt. Indeed, there were very few normal, healthy kids, to adopt. Most of the ones available had mental or physical problems. Taking on one of these kids requires a special kind...

Arizona's next action; the end of gun rights?

Actually, just because someone is BORN here does not automatically give them citizenship, the mother must state that the child is to be considered an American, otherwise, they assume the citizenship of the mother. Just like in O's case. I don't care where he was born. His mother was an American...

Planning a Trip to the CMP Store

At the CMP store, you go in, show them your ID, they do a NICS check, and if you clear, you buy and go. Simple as that. I'm not sure they even require a club membership anymore, as have seen their adds in the Rifleman, etc., soliciting buyers. There are good competent people there who can and...

      Registering a gifted/inherited firearm

There is absolutely NO law requiring you to "register" a handgun, or otherwise, UNLESS, it's a full auto. You might want to ask your local firearms dealer about how to go about getting the proper Treasury certificate to own if, if it's a full auto. OR, google the question "full auto weapons...

If you google in Accurate data powder, there's a webb site, where their reloading data is, for all calibers it can be loaded in. Not only 2230, but all the powders they make.
